Who are Newby Investment Castings?

NICast is a lost wax investment casting foundry which incorporates W.J. Hooker. It was established in 1959 and is now part of the Newby Foundries Group.

We use the lost wax process to create complex, precision castings that would otherwise be manufactured by expensive machined or fabricated methods. With our team of experts we offer a range of services and advise on design and material specification changes which can eliminate machining to achieve even greater savings.

We supply to various industries including automotive, petrochemical, medical, weapons systems, food processing, aerospace, marine and valve manufacturers.
