Product design and development

Our technical staff can offer advice on the design and the best metal for each application, often resulting in significant cost savings.


Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Our CAD engineers can create, modify or convert your parts using the latest 3D software, including SolidWorks. We can also run a preproduction flow / solidification simulation using SOLIDCast software. This is an invaluable tool in minimising development time and scrappage by ensuring a “Right first time” solution.


Prototyping

Preproduction batches

Small batches can be produced from inexpensive tooling to confirm design and suitability of product.


Production batches

Produced from high quality precision tooling, quantities from just a few components right through to thousands.


Finishing

Shot blasting, glass bead, painting, polishing, anodising and powder coating is available.


Reproduction

We can reproduce obsolete spare parts from CAD files, technical drawings, images or an actual component.
